Wij zijn tijdelijk niet bereikbaar
Uit voorzorg hebben wij ons platform tijdelijk offline gehaald vanwege twee kritieke beveiligingslekken in PHP.
Wat is er aan de hand?
Er zijn twee kritieke kwetsbaarheden bekendgemaakt in PHP (CVE-2026-109618 en CVE-2026-109619), de programmeertaal waarop ons platform en een groot deel van alle websites wereldwijd draaien. De officiële beveiligingsupdate is op dit moment nog niet beschikbaar.
Om uw gegevens te beschermen, houden wij onze systemen offline totdat deze update is uitgebracht en op al onze servers is geïnstalleerd.
Wat betekent dit voor u?
- Links en registratiecodes die u per e-mail, sms of WhatsApp heeft ontvangen, werken tijdelijk niet.
- Heeft u nu toegang nodig tot uw accommodatie? Neem dan rechtstreeks contact op met uw verhuurder of accommodatie.
- Klanten kunnen tijdelijk niet inloggen in het beheersysteem.
Wanneer zijn wij weer bereikbaar?
De officiële beveiligingsupdate van PHP staat gepland voor 21 oktober om 16:00 uur (Nederlandse tijd). Na de release installeren en testen wij de update zorgvuldig op al onze servers. Dit kost tijd, waardoor wij nog geen tijdstip kunnen noemen waarop wij weer bereikbaar zijn. U hoeft zelf niets te doen.
Onze excuses voor het ongemak. De veiligheid van uw gegevens heeft voor ons de hoogste prioriteit, en daarom kiezen wij bewust voor deze maatregel.
We are temporarily unavailable
As a precaution, we have temporarily taken our platform offline due to two critical security vulnerabilities in PHP.
What is going on?
Two critical vulnerabilities have been disclosed in PHP (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619), the programming language that powers our platform and a large share of all websites worldwide. The official security update is not yet available.
To protect your data, we are keeping our systems offline until this update has been released and installed on all of our servers.
What does this mean for you?
- Links and registration codes you received by email, text message or WhatsApp are temporarily unavailable.
- Do you need access to your accommodation right now? Please contact your host or accommodation directly.
- Customers are temporarily unable to log in to the management system.
When will we be back?
The official PHP security update is scheduled for 21 October at 16:00 (Amsterdam time). Once it has been released, we will carefully install and test it on all of our servers. This will take time, so we cannot yet say when we will be available again. There is nothing you need to do.
We apologise for the inconvenience. The security of your data is our highest priority, which is why we have deliberately chosen to take this measure.
